Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. The image is sampled with your browser's canvas API and never leaves your device — nothing is sent to any server.
How are the colors picked?
The image is shrunk for speed, then similar colors are grouped into buckets and the most common groups are averaged into a clean palette — close to what you'd pick by eye, without exact per-pixel counting.
