How it works
SRT → VTT: adds the WEBVTT header and switches timestamp commas to dots (00:00:01,000 → 00:00:01.000).
VTT → SRT: removes the header, NOTE and STYLE blocks, renumbers the cues and switches dots back to commas. Cue styling settings are dropped, text is kept as is.
